From June 17th to 20th, the Decarbonisation, Decentralisation, and Digitalisation (3D) EnergyPhysical Summit, jointly organized by the School of Electrical Engineering (SEE), Heriot Watt University Malaysia, and Ho Chi Minh City University of Science and Technology, was held at Guangxi University. Professor Liu Hui, Deputy Secretary of CPC SEE Committee and SEE Deputy Dean, Professor Hui-Hwang GOH, SEE Assistant Dean and Junwu Scholar, Professor Yew Weng Kean of Heriot Watt University Malaysia, Professor Wong Shen Yuong of Xiamen University Malaysia, and Professor Goh Kai Chen of Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia, as well as 30 participants from Malaysia, Vietnam, and China, attended the opening ceremony of thesummit, which was hosted by Prof. Hui-Hwang GOH. With the theme of “Exploring Strategies, Policies, and Technology Means to Achieve Carbon Neutrality”, the 4-daysummit included three topics: a low-carbon seminar, the experimental teaching for electrical engineering students, and cultural study tours.
