Short biography:
Jinghua Li was born in China in October 1982. She is a professor, doctoral supervisor at the College of Electrical Engineering, Guangxi University. She also is the vice dean of the graduate school of Guangxi University. She received the Ph.D. degree in power engineering from Guangxi University, Nanning, China, in 2011. She undertook postdoctoral research in electrical engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), Wuhan, China, from 2012 to 2014. She was s senior visiting scholar at Aalborg University, Denmark, from 2014 to 2015.
Her major research interest is in power system operation and planning, particularly in the application of optimization methods and artificial intelligence to power systems. She has presided over 5 national-level projects, authorized 28 national invention patents and 10 software works. She has published 106 academic papers, including 1 ESI global high-cited paper, 2 F-5000 paper, 4 excellent papers in journals, and 3 conference excellent papers. She has published 5 monographs.
